Paul Crosby has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, insurance, healthcare, education, and government sectors in the roles of CFO, portfolio manager, program manager, project manager, educator, editor, business analyst, and green belt process improvement. He is one of the Founders & CEO at The Uncommon League and the author of the books “Fail Fast Fail Safe - Harnessing Failure to Succeed” and “The Uncommon Book of Analysis Techniques." Paul is a past president and a member of the award winning leadership team for the IIBA MSP Chapter.
Paul has provided workshops at many events all over North America. He presented at the PMBA conference in Toronto, Vancouver, and Orlando, in addition to workshop events online and in person in Chicago, Washington DC, Las Vegas, Orlando, Boston, Toronto, Vancouver, Winnipeg, New York, Washington DC, and our home base of Minneapolis.
