Philip Waugh

Philip Waugh holds a master’s degree in Historic Preservation and has extensive experience with building investigations, material research, and construction methods. He teaches a graduate-level course on Sustainable Design and Preservation from the University of Minnesota School of Architecture College of Design. Philip’s responsibilities at LHB include project management of historic preservation projects, performing building condition surveys and analysis, writing preservation specifications, and Historic Design Review. Philip meets the Secretary of the Interior’s Qualifications for Architectural History.
