At 16, Philsan Isaak (BA, CLA ‘22) began full-time enrollment at the U of M through the PSEO program. At 18, she graduated. Now 19, Philsan recently received a 2023 Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans, which will support her studies at Yale Law School.
Among 30 out of a pool of 2,000 applicants, Philsan credits many things for her success, including PSEO. “I will be a PSEO dual-enrollment advocate to the day I die,” she shared with Sahan Journal.
