Hello, CCAPS community! I’m Bob Stine, Dean of the College of Continuing and Professional Studies. The past 18 months have been challenging for many, including our students, who participated remotely in most of their classes and internships.

Knowing that there are supporters like you who care deeply about the academic success of our students, has gone a long way to help ease the many adjustments and challenges brought on by the pandemic. With your financial help, CCAPS’ scholarship recipients have been able to continue their studies and make progress toward their degrees. And the more support they receive, the sooner they can shift their focus to creating positive change beyond the classroom.

As you may know, the University of Minnesota recently completed its 10-year Driven fundraising campaign, and I’m pleased to share that CCAPS surpassed its goal and raised 2.8 million dollars for scholarships. This past year, thanks to generous donors like you, we awarded a record-breaking $460,000 to 250 students.

Moving forward, our goal is to do even more. We want to dramatically decrease the debt load of our students by increasing the number and size of scholarships awarded every year. With the support of CCAPS alumni and donors like you, we are well on our way!

To all of you who are donors: thank you for your generosity. Your financial contributions have a powerful impact, enhancing lives both in the classroom and in our communities.

And to you, scholarship recipients: Congratulations on your perseverance, dedication, and hard work. We’re proud of your many accomplishments and can’t wait to see what you’ll achieve in the coming year. My thanks to all of you for being part of the CCAPS community. Ski-U-Mah and Go Gophers!
