Matthew Weum, PMP, SA, SSM, POPM, is a senior manager of Agile program management at Publicis Sapient, a digital business transformation consulting firm. He specializes in Agile program delivery, team leadership, change management, and risk management. Matthew holds a PMP, SAFe Scaled Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certifications.
Matthew has held key program management positions with Target, Daugherty Business Solutions, and Solifi. Matthew serves as the president of the Osseo Boys Swimming Booster Club, and the vice president of the Osseo Baseball Booster Club.
Matthew instructs Project Management Foundations for the University of Minnesota College of Continuing and Professional Studies. He also presented the webinar "The Art of Project Management."
