      • Emotions: What do you feel emotionally when a conflict arises?
      • Physiology: What do you feel physically when a conflict arises?
      • Is your response different with varying situations, time of day, etc.?
    • Knowing your Spidey Senses
      • Notice how you feel during stressful times of conflict, arguments or challenging situations.
      • Remember it (or write it down)
      • What are some commonalities you notice in the scenarios where you find your “Spidey sense” going off?
