Drawing on years of diverse industry management experience, Karin partners with her clients to design and deliver strategic organizational development solutions. She consults and coaches on critical needs including leadership, team building, and emotional and cultural intelligence, specializing in effective communication on global virtual teams. As a researcher and speaker, she is frequently invited to present her work at national and international conferences. Karin also serves as university faculty of practice and on the Board of Literacy Minnesota.
